Before & After
5 months since I first met James Wenham this is my transformation. With lots of determination , support and hard work I have gone down 2 dress sizes, lost nearly a stone in weight and I am the fittest I have ever been. It has been a combination of sensible eating , amazing PT session , wicked boot camps with an amazing group of people as well as running and working out at home. I can’t thank James enough for helping me and I look forward to seeing what else I can change. 5 stars all round for James.
Since I first contacted James at Wenham Fitness I have never felt better . In my first 11 days I was shocked with my results . I’ve finally found someone who can guide me in the right direction . My whole diet has changed and I’m liking foods I never thought I would . All in all very happy with my progress.
I started the Wenham Fitness plan 9 weeks ago, my target was to drop weight & fuel my body correctly for the running & other physical events that I do.
Along side regular training in those 9 weeks so far I have managed to drop a dress size all over, dropped 10% of my body fat & I’ve just hit a 1 stone loss in my weight.
Over the years I had tried most well know diets that offer a ‘balanced diet’, I don’t do fad diets, but non of them have come close to my results on the Wenham Fitness plan!
It’s completely changed the way I see & think about food. I now use food to fuel my body & the results have shown not just in my weight but in my fitness… I completely smashed all my running targets I set myself (5k in under 30mins, 10k in under 1hr) & I feel amazing with so much energy.
I solved all of my issues with food, since having a really traumatic second pregnancy & being a full time carer for my daughter made it hard to make the right choices, I didn’t want an over complicated plan that told me I cant eat the things I enjoyed, but with macro nutrient calculations you can have it.
The support has been great from from James and the Wenham Fitness community & I can’t thank him enough!!
